Bella has forged a reputation as a bold, exciting and innovative glass artist. Her work and approach is an expression of a passionate delight for the aesthetics in anatomy, bones and organic forms. Through early interactions with clay this expression evolved into the fluid medium of glass. Her sculptures harbour an individuality born out of a unique, hot making technique she developed while in Australia which has been the backbone of her glass work. Significance of relationships, connection and balance underpin her artistic development and she continues to nurture a deep interest in the technical performance of glass.

Her resulting works are highly original and a culmination of over 10 years of working with glass as a material and discipline. Her works have been shown by private collectors and have been included in exhibitions that have included works by other artists such as Lucian Freud,

Glass makers and blowers are a living link to a craft that is thousands of years old, explore below for more information on her process and work.
